Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...High pressure will remain
centered to the W of the waters through Mon night. A coastal
trough along most of the California coast will gradually weaken
through Sat night and by Sun and Sun night it will be along the
central and S California coast. A cold front will cross the N and
central waters Sun night into Mon before high pressure builds
back across the N and central areas later Mon and Mon night and
remains over and W of this region through Wed night. A trough of
low pressure will redevelop along the N and central California
coast Tue and Tue night and persist into Wed night. A radiofax
outage at Cambria has resulted in limited or no radiofax
transmissions. Technicians have been notified. We apologize for
the inconvenience.
