.DISCUSSION...A sharp mid to upper-level trough extends from the
western Atlantic along 74W S-SW across west-central Cuba to the
coastal waters of Panama. This energetic feature is acting to
destabilize the atmosphere immediately to the east of this trough,
and is currently producing scattered showers and thunderstorms,
some strong, from southeast of Jamaica, north and northeastward
across eastern Cuba, the Windward Passage, and the SAR area. This
trough will persist across this area today then begin to lift out
to the NE Thu and Fri. Light to gentle winds and slight seas are
expected today, except near thunderstorms, then will become
moderate to locally fresh tonight through Thu afternoon, before
shifting N to NE Thu night. Expect a significant decrease in
weather Thu night.

Latitude = 21.37
Longitude = 73.68
