New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure SE of the
waters tonight will continue to drift slowly S away from the
waters Wed and Wed night. A weak low pressure trough near the
coast of Maine tonight will move slowly E across the waters Wed
before diminishing Wed night. A cold front will approach the
coast on Thu, and move SE across the waters Thu night through Fri
night. A weak ridge of high pressure will build over the waters
Sat followed by another cold front moving in from the W Sat
night. The cold front will move E across the waters on Sun,
diminishing Sun night.
