Scattered thunderstorms are likely mainly over the far SE portion of the waters today, and mariners should used caution for gusty winds and rough seas in and near the heavier thunderstorms. More widespread thunderstorms are expected to move off the Mid-Atlantic coast Mon night. A cold front will move E and approach the Mid- Atlantic coast late Mon into Mon night, before passing E and SE over the region later Mon night into Tue night while weakening.
