...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 230 PM CDT
FOR SOUTHEASTERN FREMONT...SOUTHWESTERN MONTGOMERY AND NORTHWESTERN
PAGE COUNTIES...

At 202 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 4 miles north of
Farragut, or 20 miles southwest of Red Oak, moving northeast at 50
mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
         roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Shenandoah, Essex, Farragut, Riverton, Coburg, and Pierce Recreation
Area.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 500 PM CDT for southwestern
Iowa.
