The storms which prompted the warning have moved out of the warned
area. Therefore, the warning has been cancelled.
A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 400 AM CDT for
southwestern Iowa. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch also remains in effect
until 800 AM CDT for southwestern Iowa...and southeastern Nebraska.

FOR FREMONT...MONTGOMERY...EASTERN MILLS...EASTERN POTTAWATTAMIE...
PAGE AND SHELBY COUNTIES...
At 323 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 4 miles northwest of Defiance to 6 miles south of
Irwin to 3 miles west of Elliott to 4 miles southeast of Riverton,
moving east at 55 mph.
HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect considerable
tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to mobile homes,
roofs, and outbuildings.
Locations impacted include...
Red Oak, Clarinda, Harlan, Shenandoah, Oakland, Avoca, Villisca,
Hamburg, Malvern, Sidney, Carson, Essex, Walnut, Stanton, Shelby,
Farragut, Emerson, Earling, Elliott, and Irwin.
