...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT OVERTON...PICKETT...JACKSON...
CLAY...PUTNAM AND FENTRESS COUNTIES THROUGH 100 AM CDT...

At 1207 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms
along a line extending from near Byrdstown to Gainesboro. Movement
was east at 55 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Cookeville, Livingston, Jamestown, Celina, Gainesboro, Byrdstown,
Algood, Monterey, Baxter, Allardt, Grimsley, Whitleyville, Moss,
Rickman, Pall Mall, Clarkrange, Crawford, Granville, Dale Hollow
Lake, and Pickett State Park.

This includes Interstate 40 between mile markers 267 and 304.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 500 AM CDT for Middle
Tennessee.
