...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 215 PM CDT
FOR NORTHERN SUMNER AND ROBERTSON COUNTIES...

At 117 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Springfield,
moving east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Ping pong ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Emergency management.

IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
         damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind
         damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Springfield, White House, Millersville, Greenbrier, Coopertown,
Westmoreland, Ridgetop, Cross Plains, Portland, Orlinda, Adams, Cedar
Hill, Mitchellville, Bethpage, Oak Grove, and Cottontown.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 65 between mile markers 103 and 120.
 Interstate 24 between mile markers 18 and 26.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 300 PM CDT for Middle
Tennessee.

building.
