Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 341 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a slow moving line of showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rainfall.This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. Localized higher amounts are possible due to training over the same area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
