.DISCUSSION...

A low pressure system will bring increasing clouds and gusty
southerly winds to around 18 mph through the afternoon today. Rain
will increas this afternoon after 1400 PDT. Rain will start out
light today and become steady with moderate accumulations this
evening through Wednesday. Storm total rainfall through Wednesday
is expected to be between 0.25 to 0.50 inches with wetting rains
a near certainty. Winds on Wednesday are more uncertainty as some
models show a shift out of the northeast by the afternoon.

                    1400 PDT this afternoon. Total rainfall of
                    up to 0.05 inches through this afternoon.
