.DISCUSSION...

Cumulus build ups late this morning into the afternoon with a 20
percent chance for a passing shower or thunderstorm. Unlikely to
see wetting rains today unless a showers or thunderstorm passes
right over the burn project. A wet storm system will move in
Tuesday afternoon into Wednesday. There is a near certainty for
wetting rains with storm total rainfall expected to be between a
half of an inch to three-quarters of an inch. Winds will shift
southwest on Tuesday with gusts up to 20 mph before rains arrive.
Cooling trend with higher RHs Tuesday into Wednesday.

Sky/weather.........Partly sunny. Passing high clouds this
                    morning then building cumulus after
                    1100 PDT. A 20 percent chance of showers
                    thunderstorms after 1200 PDT.
