...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM 7 PM CDT THIS EVENING THROUGH FRIDAY
MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Oklahoma, including the following counties,
  Bryan, Comanche, Cotton, Greer, Harmon, Jackson, Jefferson, Kiowa,
  Love, Marshall, Stephens and Tillman and northern Texas, including
  the following counties, Archer, Baylor, Clay, Foard, Hardeman,
  Knox, Wichita and Wilbarger.

* WHEN...From 7 PM CDT this evening through Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
