...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 345 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of northern Oklahoma, including the following
  counties, Garfield, Grant, Kay and Noble.

* WHEN...Until 345 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Overflowing poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1235 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Up to 2 inches of rain is
    possible in the advisory area, with 2 to 3 inches possible
    near Billings.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Ponca City, Blackwell, Tonkawa, Billings, Lamont, Kaw City,
    Marland, Hunter, Kildare and Kaw Lake.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
