...The National Weather Service in Norman has issued a Flood
Advisory for the following rivers in Oklahoma...

  Blue River near Blue affecting Bryan County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you encounter a flooded roadway, turn around and find an
alternative route.

...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM THIS MORNING TO TOMORROW EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Blue River near Blue.

* WHEN...From this morning to tomorrow evening.

* IMPACTS...At 27.0 feet, The river remains largely within its
  banks... throughout Bryan County. Inflows from local streams could
  cause minor overflows to reach very low fields for a short while.
  Only farmlands are affected.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:30 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 22.4 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 28.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will rise to 25.5 feet this evening. It
    will then fall to 25.3 feet just after midnight tonight. It
    will rise to 27.5 feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall to
    19.6 feet tomorrow evening. It will rise to 27.2 feet early
    Thursday afternoon. It will then fall again and remain below
    flood stage.
  - Action stage is 26.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 28.0 feet.
