...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of northwestern
Comanche, southwestern Caddo and east central Kiowa Counties through
515 AM CDT...

At 443 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 4
miles west of Meers, moving southeast at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible.

Locations impacted include...
Lawton, Cache, Elgin, Medicine Park, Indiahoma, Meers, Lake Lawtonka,
Fort Sill, southern Lake Ellsworth, Wichita Mountains Wildlife
Refuge, Mount Scott, Doris Campground, and The Visitor Center.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
