...FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 845 PM CDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Portions of southwest Indiana, including the following
  county, Spencer and western Kentucky, including the following
  counties, Caldwell, Daviess, Hopkins, McLean and Webster.

* WHEN...Until 845 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 651 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated the heavy rain had
    moved out of the area. However, water may be slow to recede
    in some portions of this area due to rainfall amounts of 1 to
    3 inches that occurred.
  - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
    expected.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Owensboro, Madisonville, Providence, Dawson Springs,
    Rockport, Calhoun, Sebree, Earlington, Livermore, Grandview,
    Whitesville, Beech Grove, St. Joseph, Masonville,
    Knottsville, Olney, Hanson, Sacramento, Nebo and Slaughters.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
