SURVEY_SUMMARY: Tornado started near Highway 525 southeast of Cadiz,
and continued to just northwest of Pembroke.

Damage to numerous homes due to downed trees. Two homes directly
impacted due to the tornadic winds, with roof damage. Many trees
snapped or uprooted. Several farm buildings damaged.
