* At 413 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Robards, or
  13 miles east of Breckinridge Center, moving northeast at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...Quarter size hail.

  IMPACT...Damage to vehicles is expected.

* Locations impacted include...
  Sebree, Robards, St. Joseph, and Hebbardsville.
