  South central Carter County in southeastern Missouri...
  Northeastern Ripley County in southeastern Missouri...

* Until 145 AM CDT.

* At 121 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Hunter, or 12 miles north of Doniphan, moving
  southeast at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree
           damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Budapest around 125 AM CDT.

Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include
Grandin.
