...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN VENANGO...CENTRAL
CLARION AND SOUTHWESTERN FOREST COUNTIES THROUGH 230 PM EDT...

At 145 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles west of Knox, moving east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Clarion, Knox, Seneca, Emlenton, Strattanville, Shippenville,
Kennerdell, Fryburg, Cherry Valley, and Cranberry Township.

This includes Interstate 80 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 37
and 42, and
  between mile markers 45 and 62.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
