...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT WESTERN HARRISON...GUERNSEY...
NORTHWESTERN MONROE...BELMONT...SOUTHEASTERN TUSCARAWAS...NOBLE AND
MARSHALL COUNTIES THROUGH 445 AM EDT...

At 406 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Byesville, or 9 miles southeast of Cambridge, moving northeast at 90
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Cambridge, St. Clairsville, Barnesville, Caldwell, Freeport,
Byesville, Dudley, Bethesda, Antrim, Flushing, Quaker City,
Senecaville, Belmont, Pleasant City, Beallsville, Cumberland,
Holloway, Lore City, Morristown, and Old Washington.

This includes the following highways...
  Interstate 70 in Ohio between mile markers 176 and 216.
  Interstate 77 in Ohio between mile markers 18 and 51.
