AM EDT...

At 214 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Lisbon, or 8 miles southwest of East Palestine, moving east at 30
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Beaver Falls, East Palestine, New Brighton, Beaver, Calcutta,
Ohioville, Lisbon, Industry, Patterson Township, Big Beaver, New
Beaver, West Mayfield, Koppel, Wampum, Bridgewater, Patterson
Heights, New Galilee, Enon Valley, Fallston, and Darlington.

This includes the following highways...
  Pennsylvania Turnpike between mile markers 8 and 13.
  Interstate 376 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 24 and 39.
