  Southeastern Monroe County in east central Ohio...
  Western Wetzel County in northern West Virginia...
  Marshall County in northern West Virginia...

* Until 1000 PM EDT.

* At 917 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Paden City,
  or 8 miles southeast of Woodsfield, moving east at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines, resulting in some
           power outages.

* Locations impacted include...
  New Martinsville, Woodsfield, Paden City, Sardis, Clarington,
  Antioch, Wileyville, Proctor, Reader, Porters Falls, Hannibal,
  Laings, and Lynn Camp.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
