...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 215 AM EDT
FOR CENTRAL COLUMBIANA...NORTHEASTERN CARROLL AND HANCOCK COUNTIES...

At 154 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Lisbon, or 11
miles south of Salem, moving east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vehicles is possible. Expect wind
         damage to trees and power lines, resulting in some power
         outages.

Locations impacted include...
East Liverpool, Calcutta, Lisbon, Chester, Newell, Hanoverton,
Rogers, Summitville, Negley, Guilford Lake State Park, Beaver Creek
State Park, New Garden, La Croft, Glenmoor, Lake Tomahawk, and
Winona.
