NORTHEASTERN BELMONT COUNTIES IS CANCELLED...

The storms which prompted the warning have  moved out of the warned
area. Therefore, the warning has been cancelled.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM EDT for
east central Ohio.

...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 715 PM EDT
FOR CENTRAL JEFFERSON...SOUTH CENTRAL COLUMBIANA AND NORTHEASTERN
CARROLL COUNTIES...

At 703 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 8 miles southeast of Minerva to 10 miles west of
Wellsville to near Wintersville, moving northeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines, resulting in some
         power outages.

Locations impacted include...
Steubenville, Wintersville, Lisbon, Salineville, Smithfield,
Bergholz, Richmond, Irondale, New Alexandria, Bloomingdale,
Summitville, Brentwood, and Unionport.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

building.
