.DISCUSSION...Rain has spread across western Washington this morning and will
increase along the eastern slopes this afternoon with steady rain beginning
around 1500 PDT.  Rainfall will not be significant at the burn site and will
likely be less than 0.2 inch tonight through Wednesday. The system will cause
winds to increase, especially along the ridgetops, but there will be gusts tonight
through Wednesday around 15-25 mph.
