.DISCUSSION...A weak frontal boundary moving through the area
today will increase light rain chances by the late afternoon,
while winds between 5 to 10 mph will turn from southwest
to west early in the afternoon. A stronger upper low moving
in over night will continue light rain chances into the morning
hours Wednesday. West winds will increase to 6 to 13 mph
overnight, then increasing to 12 to 18 mph by 11 AM in the
morning. Afternoon RHs will be in the mid to upper 20s today,
increasing to the mid to upper 30s tomorrow afternoon with
excellent overnight recovery tonight.

                    mostly cloudy (80-90 percent). Chance of rain
                    showers late in the afternoon.
