.DISCUSSION...A cold front will slowly track across Washington on Tuesday
with the timing across the Yakima Valley between 1200-1400 PDT. Any showers
will be along the Cascades. However, there will be increasing winds during
the day and it will be breezy, especially along ridgetops. It will be cooler
with similar RHs on Wednesday, and winds will be less than Tuesday.
