.DISCUSSION...An upper level trough and surface cold front will move
across the area today.  There is a slight chance of showers early
this afternoon and a better chance late this afternoon, but rainfall
amounts should be light.  Winds will increase this afternoon and evening,
then decrease overnight before increasing again on Wednesday.  However,
winds on Wednesday should be less than on Tuesday.

Temperatures on Wednesday will also be cooler than on Tuesday.  MIN RH
values will be 45 to 50 percent today and around 35 to 40 percent on
Wednesday with excellent overnight recoveries.
