.DISCUSSION...A weak frontal boundary moving through the area
today will increase light rain chances by the late afternoon,
while winds between 5 to 10 mph will turn from southwest
to the northwest early in the afternoon, then turn west by
the evening hours. A stronger upper low moving in over night
will continue rain chances into the morning hours Wednesday,
while winds west winds overnight will increase to 10 to 15 mph
in the morning. Afternoon RHs will improve slightly today, with
excellent overnight recovery tonight.

                    cloudy (85-95 percent). Slight chance of rain
                    showers late in the afternoon. Chance of rain
                    showers late in the afternoon.
