.DISCUSSION...A cold front will spread precipitation across eastern
Oregon this afternoon and evening, and rain will develop over southeast
Oregon between 2000-2200 PDT.  There is a high chance of wetting rain
at the burn site with rainfall amounts up to 0.25" expected.  Winds
will also increase with the front and will be breezy, especially along
the ridgetops, on Wednesday.  Snow levels will lower to around 5000 feet
on Wednesday, so there could be light snow mixed with rain.
