At 1117 PM EDT, a front was located along a line extending from Buoy
4fb to near Delaware Lightship Buoy 44009 to 10 Nm Se Fenwick Island,
moving southeast at 30 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
         suddenly higher waves.

Locations impacted include...
Buoy 4fb, Five Fathoms Buoy, and Delaware Lightship Buoy 44009.
