Portneuf River at Topaz affecting Bannock County. .Warm temperatures will melt high mountain snowpack and increase river flows. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... River flows will remain near of slightly above flood stage today and possibly tomorrow before likely dropping off in the next couple of days due to cooler temperatures and a diminishing snowpack. Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
