.DISCUSSION...Cooler than normal daytime and overnight
temperatures through Wednesday. Weak frontal passage around 1200
which will bring light precipitation as well a wind shift. Daytime
light winds will increase and become more west/northwest with the
frontal passage. Excellent overnight humidity recoveries within
the post frontal environment Tuesday night. Could see some patchy
fog development after midnight and any fog that does develop will
scour out before sunrise Wednesday. Clearing skies with with a
slight warming and drying trend on Wednesday.
