.DISCUSSION...High pressure aloft will lead to seasonably warm and
dry weather today. Thermal trough of low pressure at the surface
will move across the Willamette Valley this afternoon, slightly
enhancing instability. A weak disturbance tonight will deepen the
marine layer, leading to some cloudiness and slightly cooler
temperatures Saturday. A stronger system is expected to bring
wetting rains throughout the region Sunday into Monday.
