  20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt expected.

* WHERE...Waters from Cape Foulweather to Florence OR from 10 to
  60 NM.

* WHEN...From 8 PM this evening to 5 PM PDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.

5 PM PDT WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Rough bar conditions expected. Southwest winds 15 to 20
  kt with gusts up to 25 kt.

* WHERE...In the Main Channel of the Columbia River Bar.

* WHEN...From 1 PM this afternoon to 5 PM PDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft,
  especially when operating near to, or attempting to cross, the
  Columbia River Bar.

*ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Ebb current of 5.26 kt at 359 AM Tuesday.
 Seas 4 ft. Ebb current of 3.07 kt at 421 PM Tuesday. Seas 5 to 6
 ft. Strong ebb current of 5.62 kt at 434 AM Wednesday. Seas 8 to
 9 ft.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wave conditions are expected to
be hazardous to small craft in the vicinity of the Columbia River
Bar. Mariners are advised to obtain the latest bar conditions
from the United States Coast Guard before attempting to cross the
bar.
