.DISCUSSION...

Typical dry Spring weather will prevail today and tomorrow with
near normal high temperatures, afternoon and evening breezes up to
15-25 mph, and low humidity. Winds will tend to follow typical
diurnal and terrain influences in all districts. Minimum afternoon
RH values will dip to 5-12% each day with an overnight recovery
only to 20-25% in South-Central AZ and 30-40% in Southeast CA and
Southwest AZ. Afternoon high temperatures will be in the low to
mid 90s across the lower deserts under sunny skies.
