morning lows bottoming out in the upper 60s. Winds will be light
and will follow their typical diurnal patterns (west winds in the
afternoon and evening shifting to the east during the overnight
hours through the morning). MinRH values will be in the 5-10%
range with poor recovery during the overnight with values in the
20-30% range.
