...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT WEST CENTRAL PROWERS AND
NORTHEASTERN BENT COUNTIES THROUGH 545 PM MDT...

At 513 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Las Animas to near John Martin Reservoir
to 11 miles south of Hasty. Movement was northeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Lamar, Hasty, McClave, John Martin Reservoir, and Caddoa.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 900 PM MDT for
southeastern Colorado.
