...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN KIOWA COUNTY THROUGH
700 PM MDT...

At 636 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 9 miles north of Sheridan Lake to Chivington.
Movement was east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Sheridan Lake, Chivington, and Brandon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 900 PM MDT for
southeastern Colorado.
