...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHERN TELLER AND NORTHWESTERN
EL PASO COUNTIES THROUGH 115 PM MDT...

At 1249 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Palmer Lake, or 18 miles north of Colorado Springs, moving northeast
at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Monument, Air Force Academy, Palmer Lake, and Gleneagle.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
