...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN KIOWA COUNTY THROUGH
1030 PM MDT...

At 1001 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms along a line extending from 8 miles north of Sheridan
Lake to 9 miles northwest of Chivington to near Haswell. Movement was
northeast at 5 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Eads and Sheridan Lake.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
