* A dry cold front that moved through on Sunday brings much cooler
  temperatures and poor nighttime humidity recoveries Monday.

* Another weak weather system brings increased afternoon winds on
  Wednesday.

* Following the passage of this system, chances for showers and
  thunderstorms increase Thursday into the weekend.
