* Southwesterly winds increase through the day Friday as an area
  of low pressure moves across the region. Gusts as high as 30 mph
  can be expected after 1600 PDT before tapering off after
  midnight Friday night.

* There is a 10-20% chance for showers and a rumble of thunder
  Friday afternoon and evening.

* Quiet weather is expected through Memorial Day weekend with
  dry conditions and warming temperatures.
