.DISCUSSION...

* Southwest winds this afternoon with gusts to 30 mph. Northwest
  winds with gusts to 20 mph Sunday afternoon. Southwest winds
  increase Monday with gusts as high as 30-35 mph in the afternoon
  as a weak weather system passes across the region.

* Dry conditions continue with relative humidity below 25% and
  fair overnight recoveries near 50-60%.

* A significant warm up is expected mid to late next week with
  increasing chances for showers and thunderstorms and very dry
  relative humidities.
