...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT EAST CENTRAL SWEETWATER COUNTY
THROUGH 845 PM MDT...

At 817 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm
capable of producing a landspout 11 miles southwest of Wamsutter,
moving northeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Landspouts, wind gusts up to 40 mph, and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Gusty winds
         could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured
         objects.

This strong thunderstorm will be near...
  Wamsutter around 835 PM MDT.

This includes Interstate 80 between mile markers 161 and 176.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.

To report severe weather, contact your nearest law enforcement
agency. They will relay your report to the National Weather Service
office in Riverton.
