* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 6 to 12 inches
  north of Powder River Pass; 2 to 6 inches south of Powder River
  Pass. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph.

* WHERE...The Bighorn Mountains.

* WHEN...From 3 AM to 6 PM MDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.
