Isolated showers and thunderstorms will continue to develop across
the area into this evening ahead of an approaching cold front.
Showers and storms become more widespread for the end of the weekend
with the cold front arrival.
Strong to severe thunderstorms will be possible today and Sunday
with the greatest threats being damaging winds and hail. In
addition, flooding will also be possible. Expect hot weather this
holiday weekend, but a big cool down is on the way for the middle of
next week.
