IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Van, Wharton, Bald Knob, Whitesville, Sylvester, Turtle Creek, Stickney, Blair, Naoma, Prenter, Sharples, and Jeffrey. This includes Route 119 between mile markers 44 and 48.
