SOUTHWESTERN TYLER AND NORTHWESTERN CLAY COUNTIES THROUGH 545 PM
EDT...

At 521 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Caldwell to Glen. Movement was east at 50
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Parkersburg, Marietta, Belpre, Spencer, Harrisville, St. Marys,
Elizabeth, Grantsville, Vienna, Williamstown, Clendenin, Pennsboro,
Belmont, Mineralwells, Arnoldsburg, North Bend State Park, Big Otter,
Boaz, Amma, and Wallback.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 79 between mile markers 13 and 49.
 Interstate 77 in West Virginia between mile markers 162 and 186.
 Interstate 77 in Ohio between mile markers 1 and 17.
 Route 50 in West Virginia between mile markers 6 and 40.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

These storms may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 800 PM EDT for
southeastern Ohio...and northwestern West Virginia. A Severe
Thunderstorm Watch also remains in effect until 900 PM EDT for
southeastern Ohio...and central, northern, north central and
northwestern West Virginia.
